When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product name, and a clear description of your request. If your request involves a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please include clear photos of the product, outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and any visible issue. For table lamps, photos of the lampshade, base, cord, plug, socket area, and accessories may help us review the matter more efficiently.

To help us resolve your issue faster, please provide complete and accurate information in your first email whenever possible.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at service@Joaptcom. We will try to assist if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address, cancel the order, or modify the product selection. In that case, the customer may need to follow our return process after receiving the package.
