Shipping Policy

Joapt provides shipping options for customers purchasing table lamps and decorative lighting products from our online store.

Our shipping options are:

Expedited Shipping: $8.99
Free Shipping: Free for orders of $49.00 and above
Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders from $0.00 to $49.00

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order amount and the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders of $49.00 and above qualify for Free Shipping. Orders from $0.00 to $49.00 are eligible for Standard Shipping at $5.99. Expedited Shipping is available for $8.99 when offered at checkout.

After an order is placed, we will process the order information, confirm payment, prepare the product, and arrange shipment. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays, and fulfillment conditions.

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package is handed to the carrier. Tracking information may not update immediately after a shipping label is created.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Joapt is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at service@Joaptcom.

Because table lamps may contain fragile parts such as lampshades, bases, decorative finishes, cords, sockets, and accessories, we make reasonable efforts to prepare items carefully for shipment. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, local delivery disruptions, peak season volume, or circumstances outside our control. While we work to ship orders in a timely manner, Joapt cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front door, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors, and local carrier office. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at service@Joaptcom and we will assist where possible.
