Return Policy

Joapt accepts eligible returns and refunds. We want customers to feel confident when purchasing table lamps and decorative lighting products from our store, and we aim to make the return process clear and fair.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at service@Joaptcom. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return request. If the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please include clear photos for review.

Returned items should be unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging whenever possible. For table lamps, customers should return all included parts, accessories, lampshades, bases, cords, plugs, manuals, and packaging materials if available. Products with missing parts, signs of misuse, customer-caused damage, or improper return packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item, confirmed defective item, or verified shipping damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the return receipt until the return has been completed. Joapt is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Because table lamps may include fragile or delicate components, customers must package the item carefully when returning it. Lampshades should be protected from crushing, bases should be wrapped securely, and cords or accessories should be packed in a way that prevents damage during shipping. Items returned damaged due to poor return packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method when possible. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake or a confirmed product issue. Expedited Shipping fees are generally not refundable once the expedited service has been used.

If your table lamp arrives broken, cracked, dented, defective, or otherwise damaged, please contact us promptly at service@Joaptcom. Include photos of the damaged product, inner packaging, outer packaging, and shipping label. Please do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

Returns sent without contacting Joapt first may cause delays or may not be accepted. To ensure proper processing, please always email us before sending any item back.
