What does Joapt sell?

Can Joapt table lamps be used in any room?
Many of our table lamps are suitable for bedrooms, living rooms, home offices, study areas, side tables, console tables, and reading spaces. However, customers should review the product description carefully before purchase to understand size, design, intended use, and placement recommendations. Unless otherwise stated, our lamps are intended for indoor use only.
Are bulbs included with the table lamps?
Bulb inclusion may vary by product. Please review the product page carefully before purchase to confirm whether a bulb is included. If the product page does not clearly state that a bulb is included, customers should assume that the bulb may need to be purchased separately. We recommend using only compatible bulbs as described in the product information or care instructions.
How should I use a table lamp safely?
Customers should use table lamps according to the product instructions and intended purpose. Always place the lamp on a stable, dry, flat surface. Keep the lamp away from water, moisture, flammable materials, and areas where it may be easily knocked over. Do not use damaged cords, plugs, sockets, or lampshades. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our online store. Select the product you want, choose any available options such as color, size, style, or quantity if applicable, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout. What are the shipping fees?
Joapt offers the following shipping options:

Free Shipping: Free for orders of $49.00 and above
Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders from $0.00 to $49.00
Shipping fees are calculated according to the order amount and available shipping method shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free Shipping is available for orders of $49.00 and above. Orders from $0.00 to $49.00 are eligible for Standard Shipping at $5.99. Expedited Shipping is available for $8.99 when shown at checkout.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@Joaptcom. We will try to help before the order is processed or shipped. Once the package has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the order or address.
What should I do if my table lamp arrives damaged?
If your table lamp arrives damaged, broken, defective, or incomplete, please contact us promptly at service@Joaptcom. Include your order number, photos of the damaged product, photos of the inner and outer packaging, and a photo of the shipping label. Please do not discard the product or packaging before contacting us, as they may be needed for review.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
Yes. Joapt accepts eligible returns and refunds. Returned items must be sent to our designated return address: Friedrich-Ebert-StraBe 79, 14469 Potsdam, Germany. Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Can I return an item without contacting customer service first?
We strongly recommend contacting us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior communication may be delayed, refused, or difficult to match with your order. Please email service@Joaptcom with your order number and return reason before shipping the product back.
